Another Update for remaining packages!

Hello again! 

This update is mainly for the few of you who have yet to receive your package in the US.

There are 3 main points to this update, and I'll go over them in no particular order, but one of them might pertain to your order so please have a read!

Orders awaiting items

In a strange plot twist, I received the lost package from the last update of all the mini pins, and have been slowly shipping them out. The second part of that twist is that I'm unexpectedly running out of a few sticker designs, which I've already ordered to hopefully get to me soon. So if your order contains those designs (mainly Fish and Bird stickers), your order is waiting for those items.

Pre Order and Support backers: As stated in the last update, if you do NOT want a freebie charm in your pre-order or support pledge, please let me know and I can get your order out sooner.

Gacha Bag backers: In most campaigns where I offer Grab bags, I will usually fulfill them last, so I can make sure I'm not going to run out of any items during regular fulfillment, so please be patient with these ones!

Large order card charges

You might have noticed if you had a large pledge that I recently charged your card for shipping. Not sure why Backerkit is making me manually charge for these, but if you see a small charge on your card from this campaign, it's just from shipping and you're not being double charged.

Ohayocon

I (Nic/Gachapins) will be at Ohayocon at the end of the month (Jan 2023) and will try to get out as much of your orders as I can by then. I may or may not have Potion Charm stock there, depending on how much of fulfillment I'm able to get through. If you're going, please stop by and say hello!

Finally,

Please don't leave comments about your order here or on the campaign comments- we might not get an alert for those comments and it is difficult for us to help you via the comment section.

Update on Mini Pins ETC

Hello again everyone!

It is time for another update for those of you who haven't gotten packages yet.

Mini Ribbon Pins

Unfortunately, this one is bad news. Our main shipment of mini ribbon pins to the US seems to have been lost to the void, so Dani is sending me her leftovers from SG, which will help me along, but it won't be enough for every order. They're currently en route across the world, but as you know it is the holiday season which means the post offices are filled to the brim. We're getting more, but please be continue to be patient with the post and with us!

Double unfortunately, this means that full collection backers will have to wait. When I get the mini pins, I will be fulfilling the full collection backers first, and going down the list from there, ending with the pre-order backers.  We deeply apologize to anyone who has a mini pin included in their order, and we really appreciate your understanding in this delay.

Support and Pre-order Tiers

Mid way through fulfillment, we counted our acrylic charms and realized that we might just barely have enough to include them in pre-order and support backer rewards, however it will take some time to be sure. If you'd like to receive the exclusive free acrylic charm, it may take us a little bit of time to make sure we have enough, and we will send your package out when we are. If you do NOT wish to receive an acrylic charm in your support or pre-order reward, please let me know by sending me an email ([email protected]), and if your order does not contain a mini pin, then I will try to get it out as soon as possible. 

We don't want to hold your packages hostage, so all delays have reason! We thank you for your patience and kindness so far, as we get closer and closer to finishing fulfillment!

Hello again, I hope you're all doing well!

• You may have noticed that you were charged/pinged from Backerkit. This is just us collecting the funds for shipping and some add-ons and pre-orders. If you haven't filled out your survey, or received an email, please check your spam folder for the links. There are some cases where cards error and payment cant be collected- we can't start shipping your order until payment is collected, so please check that as well!
• There was a last call for address changes, but if you need to change your address soon, please email or dm me! (Don't leave a comment- we don't always get notifications for those!)
• Grading is done for US orders and is in progress for international orders.

Starting shipping, but gradually!

Since I'm done grading everything and am just waiting on the replacement pins, I will be gradually shipping out orders in the US that don't include these pins:

• Chinchilla Potion Charm
• Chinchilla Linked Pin
• Chinchilla/ Forget me nots Corner Pins (both left and right)

Dani is working on grading the pins for international orders, and if she has any specific updates, she will post them as well.

We apologize for the unfortunate need for remakes on these designs that will delay many orders, but since we are still well ahead of schedule, we will definitely do our best to get them out to you as soon as we can! Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding, as always!!

Survey Locks and quick production updates!!

Hello again!

Thank you to those of you that completed your surveys on time- it really helps us get an item count so we can place our mass production order faster! We're locking completed surveys tomorrow which means your cards will be charged and you won't be able to change your selections. You won't be able to change your address either, but we can take care of it for you on our end, so shoot us a message if you need to change it (we can't change item selections).

If you haven't got your survey yet, please check your spam folder and then email us to have it sent again.

Production Updates

Everything is going smoothly- here are some more photos of samples and manufacturer progress:

It all looks so good so far, but we've got thousands of pins to make (and grade), so we must be patient - Please continue to share our project - our pre-order store will remain open for a little while longer!
