Surveys will be sent out via Backerkit some time this weekend! You should get an email from Backerkit (check your spam folder!). Some of you may receive your surveys as soon as today, if you are part of the randomly selected smoke test group (if you are, please let us know if you encounter any problems or questions)! The deadline to fill out surveys is set to the end of the month (June 30), but please do your survey as soon as possible so we can get an accurate count for production. If no contact/ information is provided by November 2022, your pledge will count as a donation.
Make sure your address is correct!! If a package is sent to the wrong address, or is returned to sender, or is unclaimed at your local post office and is sent back, you will need to pay shipping again! If you're planning to move or you're unsure about your future address, just let us know and we can put your order on hold. Addresses can be changed anytime before fulfillment, but please still fill out your survey with your current address, or you can use an address of a friend or family member.
The Pre-order store link is open for people who missed the campaign! This link will stay open until we see fit to close it, so don't wait if you're looking to order!
Most of our items are already in production/sampling, so the sooner we can get an accurate reward count, the sooner we can order for mass production!

Please note;
- For Pins in the second wave, since it does not come with a Mini pin, there will not be a design bundle for this! Please add the pins as individual items via add-ons.
- Sticker bundle backers will have the option to add-on the freebie acrylic charm, however shipping cost will increase due to weight difference.

Digital Downloads:
All backers get the digital wallpaper and icon packs set for free! We might add more to the pack later~
They'll be available for download when you fill out your Backerkit surveys.
Phone Grips:
Pick from five different designs, or collect them all! Use them as cute hangars or just stick em on your wall or your car!
Zipper Pouch
A cute pouch for all your pouch needs! It has a big zipper!
Luna and Sol Color Variants:
Four of the original Potion Charms have dark Luna Variants, and the Potion of Spirit has a bright Sol Variant! The Chinchilla is unlocked with its Luna Variant.
Two New Designs:
Both Chinchilla and Opossum sets include their Potion Charm, Linked Pin and Corner Pins (L+R). The Chinchilla also has a Luna Variant! Trash boy doesn't get one!

We're so glad you love the Potion Charms Collection!! You backed us in less than 5 minutes, and we're already more than halfway through our stretch goals!
Working on this project with Dani has been incredibly fun. Amidst all the...real life goings ons in the world, we wanted to make some comfy and light-hearted designs to add a little ✨charm✨ to your collections. We loved making these designs, and we were so excited to share them with everyone! We will always make sure that we do the best we can for all of you from design through to fulfillment. Transparency has always been important to me, so I will continue to keep you updated should anything change during this campaign. Samples are currently in the works so we are already getting started on the long production process!
